Our Serbs along with Alex Lazic of Lazic Deli and Harczak Sausage Co, felt that our people here may need help during the pandemic. We contacted Serbian churches within the Chicago area to let them know that we would be providing food for any families in need. We did provide for several families, leaving the food at the church for pickup, to provide privacy and dignity to those families.

Jasminka Sarac also purchased Easter food for three families through the church.

Vera and Vlade Bjelopetrovich also helped with the delivery of food to a single mother for several weeks until she could get a handle on things.

We were glad to have helped and will continue as needed through the pandemic.
